RegisteredAI provides tools to record audio, transcribe speech, generate summaries, and extract action items from meetings and other conversations. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

5. Audio Recording & Transcription

The Service may enable you to record audio of meetings or conversations and generate transcripts, summaries, and related outputs. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from participants before recording any audio, and
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to call recording, privacy, and data protection in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of each participant.

We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that your use of the recording and transcription features is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you are unsure, you should consult with an attorney.

6. User Content & Responsibilities

You may submit, upload, or otherwise make available audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, text, and other materials (“User Content”) through the Service.

By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and
• Your User Content and your use of the Service do not violate any applicable laws or infringe the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant RegisteredAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (for example, generating transcripts, summaries, and action items).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Record or share conversations without required consent;
• Infringe or violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service;
• Use the Service for any high-risk or life-critical activity where errors could result in injury, death, or severe damage.

We reserve the right to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.

8. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis (“Subscription”). If applicable:

• You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your Subscription;
• Prices, features, and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of purchase;
• Your Subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with the instructions provided within the Service or by the platform where you subscribed (e.g., Google Play Store);
• No refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy, if any.

We may change Subscription prices and features from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the app, website, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to RegisteredAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or applications that are not owned or controlled by RegisteredAI.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You access third-party services at your own risk.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content, transcripts, summaries, or outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RegisteredAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us for the Service in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or
• Fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the equivalent in your local currency.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RegisteredAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 9–14 and 17–18.
